How do points work?
When Grow Rewards launches, earn one point per R1 of eligible paid product spend after discounts, excluding taxes. Delivery fees, gift-card purchases and cancelled purchases do not earn points. Earned points are adjusted for full or partial refunds and voided orders. Your balance and available redemptions appear in the rewards panel.
How do I use a reward?
Redeem 500 points for R25 off a purchase of R250 or more. One reward per order, with no other discount combinations; rewards are not cash. Redeemed points are returned when an order is fully refunded or voided. Check the issued reward for its conditions before checkout.
What about secret sales and free-shipping days?
Member offers, including any special shipping days, will be announced individually with their dates and conditions. They are occasional treats, not a standing discount or free-delivery promise. There is no automatic first-order discount for signing up.
Do I have to receive marketing emails?
No. Your account, loyalty membership and email preferences are separate. Subscribing above gives consent to email marketing; it does not enrol you in the points programme. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
