Placing your order

Prices are in South African rand. Checkout displays your selected products, delivery charge and any applicable taxes before payment. Review the sizes, colours, quantity, delivery details and total before submitting your order. Payment is collected through the methods displayed at checkout. An ordinary purchase does not create a recurring subscription.

Your product page and checkout identify made-to-order and preorder pieces and their applicable lead times. Orders containing different production lead times are sent together when the whole order is ready, unless we have agreed otherwise before your purchase.

The Little Parcel

The Little Parcel is a group of individual products sold at their component prices. Changing or removing a component changes what will be supplied. Colour preferences are requests unless we have expressly confirmed a custom arrangement. Watercolour parcel images are illustrations; the listed contents and selected variants govern your order.

Your purchase record and rights

Keep your order confirmation as your purchase record. Contact us for help with orders placed on either the old or new website. Our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights provided by South African consumer law. Earlier orders keep the terms and promises that applied at purchase.

Privacy and marketing

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Marketing signup is optional and separate from buying or signing into an account.
