Updated 2 November 2026. These terms apply to new orders and do not remove any more favourable promise made for an earlier purchase.

Contact us about a return

We will help arrange the return to 496B Pencarrow Road, Cornwall Hill Country Estate, Irene, Pretoria, 0157, South Africa. Keep your proof of dispatch. A photograph can help us understand a fault, but is not a condition that replaces your statutory rights.

Online cooling-off returns

For an eligible online purchase, you may cancel without giving a reason within seven days of receiving the goods. You pay only the direct return-delivery cost for this cooling-off return. A refund due under this right will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Applicable legal exceptions will be explained before a genuinely personalised purchase; ordinary made-to-order status alone is not a blanket no-refund rule.

Faulty, unsafe or incorrect goods

If a product is defective, unsafe or fails the applicable quality standards within six months of delivery, you may exercise the relevant statutory choice of repair, replacement or refund, at our risk and expense. Contact us promptly about an incorrect, damaged or missing item. Nothing in this policy removes rights provided by South African consumer law.

Refunds and cancellations

Contact us if you need to cancel before dispatch. We will confirm the amount and payment route for an eligible refund. Refunds will be returned through the original payment method where supported, or by an agreed EFT arrangement. Please do not send payment-card details by email.

Five-year stitch repairs

For new orders from 2 November 2026, we offer stitch repairs for five years from purchase. Contact us with your order details so we can arrange the repair. This is a stitch-repair service, not a promise to replace every form of wear or damage. It is additional to your statutory rights. Earlier purchases keep the repair promise that applied when they were bought, including the earlier six-year promise where applicable.
