Made to order · dispatches in 3 weeks. Delivery time is additional. Your parcel is sent together when all its pieces are ready.
Your bag lists the individual pieces, with the parcel name and your message attached so we can pack them together. A parcel can be ordered only when each selected piece is available or offered on the stated made-to-order terms.
Hospital Essentials and Going Home parcels are made to order and dispatch in 3 weeks, plus delivery time. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Colours are chosen from the options shown. A preference is a request, not a promise of a fabric or custom piece that isn’t listed. Use the recipient’s delivery address at checkout; a gift does not subscribe them to marketing.
